Why can't the base station connect to Wi-Fi?

a. Use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5 GHz is not supported.

b. Make sure the Wi-Fi name and password contain only letters and numbers.

c. Keep the base station within 10 m / 32.8 ft of the router with minimal obstructions.

Why can’t the sensor pair with the base station after the base station has been added?

Ensure the base station is added to the app and online. During pairing, press and hold the sensor button until the app confirms it is added. Keep the sensor near the base station. If pairing fails, restart the app, check the network, and try again.

Why does the device frequently lose connection?

a. Keep the base station within 10 m / 32.8 ft of the router and the remote sensor within 150 m / 492 ft of the gateway.

b. Reduce walls, furniture, metal objects, or other barriers between them.

c. Replace the remote sensor batteries if low.

Why do sensors placed side by side show significant differences in temperature and humidity readings?

After unboxing or moving the device, temporary reading differences are normal. Please allow about 1 hour for the device to acclimate to the surrounding environment before comparing the readings.

Why do the readings update slowly?

This sensor is designed for stable monitoring and long battery life. After setup, allow about 30 minutes for readings to stabilize. It reports when temperature changes by ≥±0.5°C or humidity by ≥±5%, or once per hour.
